Our goal is to recognize our team members for showing compassion and taking the extra time to provide the patient and family with excellent customer service. The PMC We CARE Program was established so that our patient's voices would be heard. It is a way for patients and their families to recognize those employees, volunteers and physicians who provide excellent care. To treat those we serve with respect and compassion has always been an important element in the PMC Way. The We Care program recognizes employees who "Do It Well" providing excellence in patient care by showing compassion, proactively accommodating patient needs, or putting forth an extra effort.
