	Physiatrist Job Description: Pikeville Medical Center Rehabilitation Hospital is actively recruiting a BC/BE physiatrist to fill a full-time position in our 40-bed, acute inpatient rehab facility. The 10,000 square-foot Rehabilitation Hospital is located in a dynamic, fast-growing, state-of-the-art regional medical center. We are staffed with a well-trained multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses and administrative support personnel providing a full spectrum of rehabilitation services. Numerous physician specialties are available to consult such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, neurology, cardiology and cardiovascular surgery. Pikeville Medical Center is currently pursuing trauma designation. All ancillary services are accessible 24 hours a day including radiology, EKG, laboratory and pharmacy. In addition to providing inpatient care, this position offers outpatient PM&R clinic opportunities with a large referral base and in-house hospital consultations if desired. We offer a new Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Outpatient Center complete with a HydroWorx 2000 Aquatic Therapy Pool. We are dedicated to growing both our inpatient and outpatient PM&R services.
