About Dr. Khasawneh

Dr. Khasawneh received his medical training at the Jordan University of Science & Technology School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he later served as chief resident.

 

He completed a fellowship in experimental therapeutics at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and a hematology/oncology fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer Institute, State University of New York in Buffalo.

 

Dr. Khasawneh is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Hematology and Medical Oncology.

 

How did you decide on your specific specialty? “I got interested in hematology/oncology during medical school,” said Dr. Khasawneh.

 

Do you have a Mentor? “My parents led by example,” Dr. Khasawneh explained. “They taught me to be a hard worker and to be dedicated.”

 

What can patients expect from you as their physician? “My patients can expect me to provide excellent and compassionate care.”
