About Dr. Sachdeva
Dr. Rakesh Sachdeva is the Director of Physicians for Children and Adolescents in Pikeville, Kentucky. He also serves as the Founding-Chair of the Division of Pediatrics at the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has enjoyed providing care for infants through adolescents in Pikeville since 1994. He loves teaching medical students and has mentored more than 100 students practicing pediatrics or pursuing pediatric residencies. He is passionate about healthcare for children in Appalachia, international child health and as Past District Governor for Rotary International, a champion for Global Polio Eradication.
