Currently, PMC is home to Kentuckyās only Level II Trauma Center, the nationās largest autism center offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and Eastern Kentuckyās only Level II Advanced Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Pikeville Medical Center has over 3,400 employees and PMC employs 600 licensed medical providers and operates 11 Centers of Excellence.
